Noisy voices that we unknowingly hear while your sleep is sleeping throughout
the night do not just bother people who live in the same
room and in the same house, but at the same time can signal a serious illness that takes the person snorting to death.
Çakmak Erdem Hastahanesi ear, nose and throat specialist,
who draw attention to the fact that snoring is a problem to pay attention to.
Dr. Fatih Eraslan, "Snoring and sleep apnea in the community is seen in
30-40% of adult patients. From a simple snore to asleep for over 10 seconds,
we see a wide spectrum of diseases ranging from death to death. In other words,
this disease which disrupts air intake in sleep is sometimes a serious disease that can be threatened by life unlike known.

There are two types of sleep apnea causing central nervous system, central (Central) type apnea and peripheral (pushing) type apnea: central (central) type apnea is a temporary respiratory arrest that the brain can not temporarily send warning to the respiratory center. Peripheral (Stopper) Type is the result of obstruction of the airway between one or more anatomical regions between the nose, mouth and lungs.

Central (Apnea) Type apnea also causes severe or slight snoring in the patients,
daytime sleepiness and sleeping demand, observation of respiratory arrest during
another sleep (Gestational sleep apnea), tiredness in the morning, headaches,
palpitations and hypertension complaints, as shown in the picture.

The obstructive type occurs when the muscles and mucous membranes in the
throat loosen and close the respiratory passages in the sleep apnea.
These muscles are especially small tongue, soft palate,
tongue and muscles in the swallow. When the airway closes asleep,
the amount of oxygen in the body is reduced, the brain detects this condition,
reduces the depth of sleep, and attempts to reopen the airway.
Breathe briefly or resume breathing with severe snoring.
This cycle continues all night. In these patients,
the nose has a separate prescription. There may be cartilage and bone deficiency,
nasal polyps, nasal feces, snoring and sleep apnea, and even one cause.

There are factors that make this disease easier to make!

• Great tonsils and nose. (We see this more often in children, but it can also be seen in adults.)
• Excess weight,
• The neck is short and thick (the circumference of the neck is about 40 cm)
• Alcohol, cigarettes etc. habits,
• Sleep position. The sleeping position on the back increases the apnea, and the side position is recommended if possible.

There is a risk of leading to some important diseases such as heart failure, heart attack, rhythm disorders, high blood pressure, brain hemorrhage, paralysis and sudden death in sleep. It is 2-3 times more common in males and middle-aged adults.

If there are symptoms, an ear, nose and throat doctor should be consulted immediately.
